Shelley Westall served as President of The Palms HOA in Palm Springs, California during the period described on this website.
During one of the most devastating periods of my life, I repeatedly sought help concerning serious conditions affecting my home. I expected the situation to be treated with urgency and appropriately addressed.
As the situation continued, I became increasingly concerned about delays, responses, and decisions that I believed failed to adequately address the underlying problem.
Seabreeze Management, HOA representatives, attorneys, and others became involved. Throughout this period, I continued documenting what I was experiencing and the responses I received.
I decided to tell my story and make that documentation available for others to review.
